Size Flexibility
The door can be trimmed by up to 25mm from each edge, including the top, bottom, left and right.
Hardware Compatibility
Key Cylinders & Digital Smart Locks
The factory-finished door thickness is 65mm.
For cladding-ready doors, the final thickness will increase depending on the selected cladding. All key cylinders, digital smart locks and associated hardware must be specified to suit the final overall door thickness, including cladding.
Timber Hardware Zone
- 138 × 40mm solid timber stiles and rails provide a substantial fixing area for locks, pull handles and architectural hardware.

Compatible Pivot Systems & Automatic Drop Seal
- FritsJurgens M+ A, B, C, D & E
- Automatic drop seal routed into the bottom edge of the door on the external side
- 10mm clearance from the pivot system
- FritsJurgens F and G pivot systems are suitable without an automatic drop seal
- F and G are not compatible with an automatic drop seal due to clearance requirements
- Increased door thickness may be ordered to accommodate F and G pivot systems with a drop seal

Warranty & Finishing Requirements
Marine Ply clad doors are not suitable as the final external finish and must be finished with an approved external-grade cladding.
All exposed edges must be properly primed and weather-sealed. The final external finish must be applied on site immediately following installation to ensure adequate weather protection.
All Door & Haus doors are covered by a 4-year workmanship warranty covering manufacturing defects and workmanship under normal use and conditions.
The warranty excludes damage caused by:
- Incorrect use
- Impact
- Inadequate shelter
- Building movement
- Third-party modifications
- Failure to follow recommended care and maintenance
